Summary
Join Springbig, a leading SaaS marketing technology platform serving the cannabis industry, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)! This role focuses on selling Springbig's SaaS technology services to cannabis retailers and producers. You will generate leads, conduct research, schedule demos, and personalize communications. Requirements
- Tech savvy + SAAS experience
- Sharp, self-starter, go-getter, motivated by reaching numbers / goals
- Extremely comfortable on the phone, with volume cold calling and drumming up business
- High business acumen, professional and not easily distracted
- Smart, hungry, and excited about a career in SaaS Sales
- A natural intellectual curiosity coupled with resolute grit
- Experience in lead generation, outbound calling, qualifying leads, and advancing the sales process
- Excellent written communication and grammatical skills; ability to craft strong sales and prospecting emails
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Generate leads via email, phone, and social media
- Conduct research to identify the needs and scale of an opportunity
- Schedule qualified leads for demos with Companyβs Business Development Managers
- Personalize communications to high-value leads
- Maintain active engagement with your prospects and provide feedback on how to better improve your funnel and performance
