Requirements
- BA/BS in relevant discipline highly preferred
- 2+ years of Sales Development Representative Leadership experience and leading direct reports with proven experience managing and coaching consultative SDR team
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Analytical and report/metric-driven experience and knowledge
- Data-focused, key in the decision-making process
- Goal setting and achievement β manage, coach, and guide sales development representatives in achieving goals, proactive engagement
- Thrives in a fast-paced working environment, must be able to pivot quickly, multi-task, and demonstrates resilience
- Team player and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Ability to drive, coach, and lead sales team to hit quarterly goals High output, low ego
Responsibilities
- Increase efficiency & productivity: Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the sales process; identify areas for improvement in sales enablement solutions to improve the way we sell into all our markets
- Actionable insight: Develop reports and dashboards to measure the efficacy of enablement solutions
- Operational excellence: Assist in the execution and delivery of core operational tasks, including account & territory assignments, process design and documentation, and change management. Work closely with the SDRs to ensure lead quality and quantity, and how to manage proper follow-up
- Deliver & support: Drive the delivery of new enablement programs & operational processes and iteration of existing programs. Be the go-to resource for day-to-day process and content support
- Career development: Develop SDRs into sales-ready candidates for future Sales Engineer and Sales Executive positions
- Create, drive, and enable SDR delivery, direction, and strategy for execution of sales goals
- Drive implementation of AI into the SDR function
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS B2B Financial Services sales (SDRs) experience
- Salesforce Sales CRM experience
- Salesforce integration tools, SalesLoft and/or Chili Piper experience
