Summary

Join Newbook, a Storable company, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth. You will conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and perform market research. Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to identify and generate leads for the sales team
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess the viability and potential of leads through effective questioning and qualification techniques to determine their fit for Newbook's products and services
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring that prospects have a clear understanding of the value proposition
  • Market Mapping: Research and analyse target markets, industries, and verticals to identify new business opportunities and support sales strategies
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights and feedback from prospect interactions to refine sales strategies and messaging
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales collateral, drafting proposals, and managing follow-up activities
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively communicate Newbook's value proposition to prospects
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including the number of qualified leads generated, appointments set, and conversion rates
