Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of the LATAM market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish, with strong English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients in the Latin American region, focusing on industries that can benefit from Twilio's communication solutions
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to introduce Twilio's products and services
- Qualification: Assess the needs and challenges of potential clients to determine their fit for Twilio's offerings, and qualify leads for the sales team
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding existing accounts
- Market Insights: Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations
