Requirements
- 0+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role (some experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech in a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfortable with cold outreach and overcoming objections
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and engage potential customers
- Qualify prospects to ensure a strong fit with Valimail’s solutions
- Book discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Salesforce
- Work in collaboration with Marketing and Sales to execute targeted campaigns and account-based strategies
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity and pipeline generation goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a plus
- Knowledge of email security, authentication (DMARC, SPF, DKIM), or the cybersecurity landscape
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced growth environment
- Familiarity with account-based selling strategies
