Requirements

  • Must be live in PST, CST, MST, or EST
  • Must have a professional work set-up with high speed internet and an iPhone
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the travel or real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Google Docs, and Zoom
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling and Pitching
  • Thorough Discovery Process
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule Deep Dive meetings, adding calls for all parties to calendars with video conferencing links
  • Ensure all parties accept invites and follow up to confirm availability
  • Introduce AEs to owners/prospects via email
  • Meeting Participation and Documentation: Attend Deep Dive meetings, take detailed notes, and review call recordings for continuous learning
  • Create projections and capex requirements ahead of each call
  • Review calls with leadership for additional coaching
  • Send a call summary to all parties along with relevant documents
  • Follow-Up: Maintain open lines of communication, ensuring follow-ups if there’s a period of no contact
  • Schedule and attend contract review calls, adding to calendars with video conference links
  • Send summaries and follow up after a week if contracts remain unsigned
