Summary
Join Wander, a travel industry company, as a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients through outbound cold calling and pitching.
Requirements
- Must be live in PST, CST, MST, or EST
- Must have a professional work set-up with high speed internet and an iPhone
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the travel or real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
- Proficient in using CRM software, Google Docs, and Zoom
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Cold Calling and Pitching
- Thorough Discovery Process
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule Deep Dive meetings, adding calls for all parties to calendars with video conferencing links
- Ensure all parties accept invites and follow up to confirm availability
- Introduce AEs to owners/prospects via email
- Meeting Participation and Documentation: Attend Deep Dive meetings, take detailed notes, and review call recordings for continuous learning
- Create projections and capex requirements ahead of each call
- Review calls with leadership for additional coaching
- Send a call summary to all parties along with relevant documents
- Follow-Up: Maintain open lines of communication, ensuring follow-ups if thereβs a period of no contact
- Schedule and attend contract review calls, adding to calendars with video conference links
- Send summaries and follow up after a week if contracts remain unsigned
