Summary
Join Wing, a fast-growing tech company revolutionizing remote workforce solutions, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Partner with Account Executives to move deals through the sales cycle, perform follow-ups, rebook missed demos, and engage with inbound and old leads. The SDR will work closely with the sales team, maintain the CRM, and contribute to a high-performance environment.
Requirements
- Sales experience required β At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation
- CRM knowledge required β Prior experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools is a must
- Self-starters & problem solvers β You donβt wait for instructions; you take initiative and figure things out
- High-energy & ambitious mindset β Youβre driven, competitive, and looking to grow in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
- Great communicators β You know how to connect with people, build rapport, and handle objections
- Fast learners β You adapt quickly and love taking on new challenges in a high-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Act as a true partner to the AE by helping move deals through the sales cycle β confirm meetings, follow up on action items, and provide added context to make every handoff smoother and every touchpoint more personal
- Perform mid-funnel follow-ups after the Account Executive runs a demo β check in with prospects, answer questions, and keep the momentum going
- Rebook missed demos by reaching out to prospects who didnβt show and getting them back on the calendar
- Follow up with inbound leads whoβve shown interest through our website or marketing campaigns. Your job is to turn that interest into real conversations
- Reconnect with old leads from the CRM and spark new conversations with prospects who showed interest in the past
- Work closely with our sales team to make sure every qualified lead gets handed off smoothly
- Keep our CRM organized and up to date. Every call, email, and note helps the team stay on top of the pipeline
