Summary
Join Workleap as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be the first point of contact for potential customers of ShareGate, a suite of products designed to help businesses manage and optimize the Office 365 platform. You will be responsible for generating conversations, qualifying leads, and creating opportunities for the Account Executives, ultimately transforming sales opportunities into ShareGate customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, motivated, curious, and team players, and who are passionate about B2B technology sales. You will work closely with the Business Development and Account Executive teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of ShareGate.
Requirements
- Proven track record of identifying client pains and providing recommendations to overcome them
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where expectations are high
- Experience in dealing with prospects on the phone
- Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with our existing Business Development & AE Team (Account Executive) to convert leads in opportunities and thus reach or exceed targets
- Quickly owning ShareGateβs value proposition, understanding the Microsoft ecosystem and the prospects needs within the IT industry
- Engage in chat, email or phone conversations with potential clients to continuously convert them in opportunities
- Efficiently managing new and open leads in your pipeline & prioritizing activity based on CRM data
- Qualify potential clients by asking the right questions and by taking an interest in their reality, their needs and their difficulties
- Convince potential clients to buy ShareGate by demonstrating how the benefits & advantages of our platform can meet their needs
- Create an excellent first impression for our potential clients by ensuring an extraordinary overall experience
- Constantly improve our sales process in order to increase the number of sales conversations, sales opportunities and thus exceed the established objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Tech sales experience (SaaS & Inbound)
- Experience with SalesForce
