Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Advanced English Level(Required)
  • 0-2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in outbound sales or new business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams by setting appointments
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application

Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
