Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Advanced verbal and written English skills
- Must be comfortable making 60β80 outbound calls per day to prospective clients
- 0-2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in outbound sales or new business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
- Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams by setting appointments
- Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
- Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
- Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
