You will be responsible for understanding the U.S. market, running lead generation campaigns, creating outreach strategies, managing a pipeline of qualified leads, and building strong client relationships. The role requires native-level English fluency, proven U.S. sales experience, strong knowledge of the U.S. business landscape, and proficiency in sales tools. Requirements

  • Native-level English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in U.S.-focused sales roles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. business landscape, including industry practices and cultural nuances
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and experience with sales/marketing automation tools
  • At least 2 years of remote sales experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry, with CRM experience (Salesforce, Health Cloud, HubSpot)

Responsibilities

  • Understand the U.S. market, including industry trends, competitors, and client needs
  • Run lead generation campaigns to find and engage key decision-makers in U.S. companies using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo
  • Create outreach strategies to engage U.S. clients, showcasing how InVitro Capital’s solutions can help them
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring regular follow-up and meeting sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with U.S. clients, becoming a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships
