Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or the aviation industry
- Proven track record of success in prospecting and lead generation, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and colleagues
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and a proactive approach to achieving goals
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce), Sales Engagement tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in using tools and technologies including AI to increase efficiency and output
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, or industry events as needed
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new sales leads within the aviation industry, primarily targeting airlines, aircraft operators, maintenance organizations, and aviation regulatory agencies
- Utilise various channels including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events to initiate contact with potential clients and qualify leads
- Research and identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, understanding their pain points, challenges, and business needs
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted messaging and outreach strategies aligned with company objectives
- Effectively manage and prioritize lead pipelines using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement with prospects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system to track progress and measure performance
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in English, proficiency in an additional language would be a plus
