Summary
Join us as the APAC SDR Team Lead to spearhead sales development efforts in the region, driving lead generation and setting up key partnerships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SDR or similar sales roles within FinTech or payments
- Proven leadership skills with a history of managing and scaling SDR teams
- Strong knowledge of the APAC market
- Excellent communication, analytical, and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce)
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the APAC SDR team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance
- Develop outbound strategies to generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve the customer journey
- Identify opportunities in new markets and industries within the APAC region
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Unlimitβs product offerings and competitive landscape
