Remote Sales Director

Requirements

• 8+ years of outbound, net-new sales experience
• Experience selling at our price point: $80k-$350k
• Selling into Marketing & the Executive Suite
• Experience selling in a remote environment
• Proven success meeting or exceeding quota
• Negotiating and closing complex B2B deals
• Iterating upon and/or redesigning sales playbooks
• Mindset of a strategist and tactician: you thrive in a scrappy, startup environment, moving quickly, thinking strategically, and are superb at tactical execution

Responsibilities

• Recruit A players and enable existing Account Executive team
• Own our GTM strategy
• Identify improvements in sales process and modify as you see fit
• Create a collaborative, high-performing remote culture
