You will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, improving sales close rates, mentoring a geographically distributed team, and optimizing sales processes. This high-impact role requires a proven track record in consultative sales, particularly within service-based or digital agency environments. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to shape long-term strategies and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is a people-first leader with strong communication skills and experience scaling teams. This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to a fast-growing, fully remote company.
Requirements
- You are a proven leader in consultative sales, especially within service-based or digital agency environments and you have scaled teams from 3 to 10+ without breaking a sweat
- You have got a track record of improving sales numbers, streamlining processes and turning sales teams into high-performing machines
- A true people-first leader, you are a hands-on mentor with high EQ, persuasive communication skills, and a talent for leading remote, multicultural teams with empathy and impact
- You think big and act fast— strategic when it counts, operational when it matters most
- International sales experience is in your DNA, especially across the US and Australian markets
- Fluent in English, naturally. Clear, confident communication is kind of your thing
- Comfortable working flexible hours to support key markets and global teammates
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale our outbound function to drive new client acquisition and generate fresh revenue streams
- Design and implement scalable, sales-led lead generation initiatives to build and maintain a strong, healthy pipeline

- Evaluate and optimize every stage of the sales process from discovery to close, ensuring prospects are effectively managed and conversions are accelerated
- Mentor, coach and lead a geographically distributed sales team, including BDRs and closers, while setting high standards and leading by example
- Foster a performance-driven culture through the introduction of best practices that elevate both team productivity and individual effectiveness
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement data-driven strategies to enhance overall team performance and improve close rates
- Use data and analytics to continually refine tools, workflows and performance metrics to support predictable growth
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams such as marketing and fulfilment to align on strategic initiatives and ensure seamless service delivery
- Play a key role in shaping the evolution of our go-to-market and service strategies
- Lead the strategic scaling of our sales function, ensuring new hires are made thoughtfully with close attention to cost-effectiveness and team output
- Drive the transition from founder-led sales to a sustainable, scalable structure that enables long-term growth
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, regularly track performance and implement performance improvement plans where needed
- Ensure ongoing accountability and transparency through structured reporting and feedback cycles
- Continuously refine sales processes, tools, and technologies to maximise team efficiency and effectiveness
- Introduce and uphold best practices in sales operations, reporting, and performance management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bonus points if you have also dabbled (or dominated) in DTC eCommerce
- Extra credit if you have built scalable, high-converting offers that get prospects saying “yes” before the pitch is over
- You show up with energy, humour and optimism, even before your morning coffee
- You believe that great sales isn’t about pressure. It’s about people, trust and delivering real value
- CRM? You keep it clean, updated and could probably teach it how to close deals itself
