Summary

Join EVPassport's growing Sales Team as a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director in Dallas, Texas! You will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, driving the full sales cycle from pipeline development to deal closure. This role requires building strong relationships with prospective organizations in hospitality and commercial real estate, accurately forecasting revenue, and maintaining a deep technical understanding of EVPassport's solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate possesses 7-10 years of enterprise-level B2B sales experience with hardware and SaaS solutions and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. EVPassport offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $120-140k and an OTE of $250-300k.

Requirements

  • 7-10- years of experience selling to markets like multi-unit dwellings, hospitality, retail, and parking at the enterprise level
  • B2B sales experience with hardware and SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of net new business sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers across all organizational levels
  • Self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and results-driven
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Eager to learn and bring enthusiasm to your work every day
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Google Suite, Slack, and ZoomInfo

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for various territories
  • Drive the full sales cycle from pipeline development to deal closure, with a focus on acquiring new business and maximizing revenue
  • Build relationships with prospective organizations primarily in the hospitality and commercial real estate sectors, effectively positioning the companyโ€™s solutions through strategic and value-based selling
  • Accurately forecast monthly revenue, keeping detailed records in Salesforce
  • Gain and maintain a deep technical understanding of the companyโ€™s hardware and software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support) to deliver the best possible experience to customers

Benefits

Targeting a base salary of $120-140k, with an OTE $250-300k
