Join Grip., a software company specializing in content production, as a Sales Director/New Business. Your mission is to boost sales and grow revenue by at least 50% year-on-year while leading a high-performing sales department. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related field, proven entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, strong analytical skills, communication skills, and knowledge of content creation, generative AI, and CRM systems.

Requirements

  • You’ve got at least 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of content creation, familiarity with generative AI, and insight into industry dynamics for effective strategic planning and innovation
  • Leadership is your middle name, and you know how to manage a team like a champ
  • You’ve got strong analytical skills, with experience in sales data analysis and reporting
  • Your communication and interpersonal skills are finely turned, making collaboration a breeze
  • CRM systems and sales automation tools? You’re all over them
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Boost Business Growth: Lead the charge to grow revenue by at least 50% year-on-year
  • Supercharge Sales Processes: Build and maintain a high-performing sales department by implementing and adhering to proven sales strategies
