Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B experience with a proven track record in enterprise sales, including new logo acquisition and customer relationship growth
  • 5+ years of experience selling into Financial Services / Banks at the executive level
  • Ability to manage complex deal cycles and expand relationships post-sale through strategic customer engagement
  • Strong storytelling ability for both technical and business audiences, especially C-suite stakeholders
  • A consultative, value-based approach to selling and relationship building
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor messages to multiple personas
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative mindset and a structured, results-driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth in the US Financial Services vertical through strategic prospecting, engagement, and consultative selling
  • Lead end-to-end sales motions including account mapping, stakeholder engagement, solution value articulation, and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting and Customer Success teams to develop business cases and compelling value propositions that align with prospect and customer goals
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline for new prospects
  • Maintain strong visibility and documentation within CRM to support both new sales and customer success motion tracking
  • Develop and manage relationships with potential partners to accelerate pipeline development
  • Prospect via email, phone, LinkedIn, and partner networks with a strategic, personalized approach
  • Become a trusted advisor and strategic partner to C-level stakeholders, positioning Persado’s Enterprise AI as a long-term value driver

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with MarTech/AdTech ecosystems and digital marketing strategy is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving customer needs
