Summary

Requirements
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within professional services or IT outsourcing
- Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and grow accounts in competitive markets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or a Related role
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth
- Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and offer tailored solutions
- Lead efforts to resolve client issues promptly, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery
- Develop and implement strategic plans to align with clients' business objectives
- Pursue opportunities in IT outsourcing, shared services, Business Process Outsourcing environments, and professional solutions, maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Collaborate across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and fulfill commitments effectively
