Sales Director

Summary

The Sales Director will support the growth of Digital Assets' Digital Assets business in Boston with a base salary range of 200-230k plus commission. The role involves partnering with the sales team to meet growth targets, planning and developing complex solutions, providing technical expertise across the sales lifecycle, collaborating with business partners on client solutions, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10+ years of related experience
• Experience in blockchain and digital asset ecosystem
• Strong understanding of financial services

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales team to meet growth targets
• Plan and develop complex solutions and deliver demos to prospects
• Provide technical expertise across sales lifecycle
• Inform, influence, and support product design/management as well as operational processes as a function of new relationships or new product implementations
• Collaborate with business partners on the development of client solutions, RFPs, presentations
• Collaborate with marketing and business in the creation of sales collateral
• Collaborate with global sales and relationship management team to support client engagement
• Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior
