Requirements

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Extensive experience in enterprise sales, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Strategic Sales Vision: Expertise in creating and executing account and territory plans that align with market trends and business goals
  • Team Builder: Strong leadership capabilities, including team development, performance management, and coaching
  • Client-Centric: Skilled in building executive-level relationships and navigating complex B2B environments
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes
  • Fluent in English and French

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed annual sales and margin quotas within your assigned territory
  • Design and execute sales strategies tailored to strategic Tier 1 accounts
  • Drive pipeline growth and close complex, high-value deals with a focus on long-term client impact
  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive territory plans that align with marketing and delivery resources
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, including C-level stakeholders
  • Manage and navigate complex sales cycles, aligning internal and external teams to deliver value
  • Foster co-selling initiatives with strategic partners to unlock new business opportunities
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and high-touch support
  • Ensure accurate, timely forecasting and pipeline reporting for your team and individual portfolio
  • Provide insights into strategic and account planning, adapting strategies to market changes
  • Maintain oversight of sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear goals, manage performance, and drive accountability through regular coaching and feedback
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members
  • Ensure effective resource planning and capacity management across the team
  • Stay current on Valiantys’ offerings and the Atlassian ecosystem
  • Ensure your team maintains relevant certifications to support solution credibility and value-driven selling
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure client success and drive sales alignment
  • Work closely with other Sales Directors to share best practices and refine regional strategies
  • Actively contribute to a positive, engaged, and collaborative team culture
