Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive) for content creation and organization
- Experience using or a strong willingness to learn AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or other automation technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and create clear, engaging enablement materials
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to support training initiatives and documentation management
- A team player with a growth mindset, willing to learn new systems, processes, and AI-driven tools
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining enablement courses and documentation for OpenX’s commercial teams
- Support the development and facilitation of Global Onboarding content to help new hires ramp up quickly
- Organize and assist with Training Tuesdays sessions, including scheduling, presentation prep, and coordination
- Help structure and optimize ChatGPT GPTs and AI tools for training and documentation purposes
- Assist in integrating AI-driven workflows into enablement processes to improve sales efficiency
- Research and test ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools to identify opportunities for automation
- Support the Inbound Lead process, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with Sales teams
- Assist in building reports and dashboards to measure the impact of learning initiatives
- Help with organization and management of enablement tools, resources, and learning platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Basic experience with data analysis and reporting (Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM dashboards like Salesforce)
