Join Xplor as a Sales Enablement Lead and enhance sales strategies through improved tools, training, and business alignment. You will onboard new sales representatives, refine sales playbooks, analyze sales data using Gong, and ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed. Collaborate closely with sales managers to develop scalable enablement programs, connecting product, marketing, and sales efforts. Maintain internal sales content, support reps with product updates, and align messaging with company goals. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant visibility. The role offers a base salary of $90,000-$110,000 USD and the possibility of a discretionary bonus. The position is fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights and sufficient time zone overlap for team collaboration.
Requirements
- You’ve built or run enablement at a SaaS company before—especially in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- You’re a great communicator, even better listener, and have strong instincts for what reps need to win
- You love creating structure, simplifying complexity, and turning insight into action
- You understand the psychology of sales and can build tools that actually get used
- You’re excited to shape how we enable our go-to-market teams, not just maintain what’s there
Responsibilities
- Build and manage enablement programs for AEs and SDRs, including onboarding, 30/60/90 plans, and ongoing skills development
- Own sales documentation and work with product marketing to keep battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and positioning materials fresh and aligned
- Maintain Guru as our source of truth for sales content and process knowledge
- Deep dive into Gong to extract competitive insights, objection themes, product feedback, and win/loss patterns—then funnel those learnings to leaders and marketing
- Partner with marketing to prep reps ahead of launches, promos, and campaigns
- Support training on new product features and help reps demo them cleanly and accurately
- Identify gaps in our process or pitch and proactively bring solutions to the table
- Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement in sales processes, create programs that align with sales goals and take advantage of SalesLoft's capabilities
