Summary

Join Fieldguide, a remote-first company in San Francisco, as a Sales Enablement Manager to shape and elevate our sales organization's performance. You will design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs, develop content for training, serve as a trusted advisor to Account Executives, and collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC/MEDDIC
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training programs
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Demonstrated success in onboarding and ramping up new sales hires
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Data-driven approach to measuring the impact of enablement initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs
  • Develop and deliver content for sales training
  • Serve as the company's expert on sales methodology
  • Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with marketing
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources
  • Analyze sales performance metrics
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitors
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a practitioner in audit/advisory
