Customer Enablement Manager

Summary

Highlight is seeking a talented and energetic Customer Enablement Manager to enable customer usage of their platform, deliver research excellence, and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires 5+ years of experience in designing and executing research studies, strong communication skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing and executing research studies
• Strong research design experience and experience implementing custom solutions across qual and quant for enterprise customers
• Experience in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, R, or Python
• Demonstrated ability to program survey questionnaires using software like Alchemer

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Platform Adoption: Transition customers over to new technology, create appropriate onboarding, training, and beta programs, monitor adoption, address barriers to adoption, provide ongoing support/resources
• Delivering research excellence: Lead end-to-end execution of complex and custom projects, customize Highlight templates/best practices, guide customers with survey writing, analysis, synthesizing data, creating reports, presenting results, aligning with sales to scope the right methodologies
• Driving customer satisfaction: Build strong relationships with customers, be the primary contact for all projects, ensure customer success using the platform, advise other CEMs on best practices
