As a Business Development Onboarding Manager, you will own and optimize the onboarding process, ensuring a consistent and high-impact experience globally. You will track performance metrics, coordinate with cross-functional teams, design new onboarding programs, and implement strategies to maximize Business Development productivity. You will champion continuous improvement and suggest enhancements to accelerate ramp-up and long-term performance. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 4+ years of experience in consulting, sales enablement, or sales operations. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related STEM field
  • +4 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills , with the ability to derive insights from metrics and turn them into actions
  • Experience with enablement platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce, Showpad, Mindtickle, etc.)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and adapting to evolving priorities
  • Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Business Development onboarding process , ensuring a consistent and high-impact experience across all geographies and seniority levels
  • Track onboarding performance metrics to identify gaps, top offenders, and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with the Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to maintain alignment and coherence in onboarding content
  • Design and roll out new onboarding programs tailored to specific Business Development needs (e.g., by seniority, vertical, or market)
  • Research, build, and implement new dynamics to maximize the Business Development productivity worldwide
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement , proactively suggesting enhancements to accelerate ramp-up and long-term performance
