Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class commercial results by providing training and resources that drive sales performance
  • Assist with the sales enablement strategy to deliver compelling training, onboarding, and enablement across Direct and Partner channels
  • Increase conversion rates, boost revenue generation, optimize usage of our sales tech, reduce new hire ramp time, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in inbound, outbound, retention, and upsell teams
  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates and revenue
  • System knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Nav, Gong, Outreach, and Confluence
