- 2+ years of experience in commercial card
- 6+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record in selling virtual cards and supplier enablement
- Skilled in engaging customers to understand their banking needs
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in end-to-end virtual card solutions
- Proficient in facilitating customer awareness and education on bank services
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Sell B2B purchasing, virtual, and plastic cards, with a focus on virtual cards
- Analyze legacy processes and challenge the status quo to drive innovation and efficiency
- Collaborate with Account Managers on high-end sales pitches and actively participate in client discussions
- Provide product training, including demos, to clients and Relationship Managers
- Educate and coach teams on identifying sales opportunities
- Generate and present revenue reports and goal achievement updates to management
- Act as a change agent by challenging legacy processes, educating team members on the benefits of virtual cards, and driving the advancement of virtual card adoption
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior banking experience preferred
- Experience in the Commercial Card Space (e.g., Treasury Management Office)
- Payment Industry accreditations
- 2-3 years of consultative, B2B sales experience
- Assist product partners to problem solve with prospects and clients (e.g., enhancements)
