  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Physical Sciences
  • Proven experience as a Sales Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or in a similar support role
  • Proficiency in using SAP software and other sales and technical support tools
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel, and excellent skills in Visual Basic

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance in the preparation of sales quotations and tenders, including sales calculations
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, diagrams, and system layouts
  • Ensure all technical aspects of proposals are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with customer needs
  • Develop macros in Excel for automatic sales calculations and cost dispersion
  • Prepare spare parts quotations using SAP
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical requirements, and sales activities
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports, proposals, and presentations to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Track and report on sales support activities, customer feedback, and technical issues
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to compile estimations
  • Undertake any other assignments as allocated by the reporting supervisor/management
