Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with mission critical, real-time, high availability distributed software systems
• Experience with network hardware, software, and communication links
• 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role
• Comprehensive understanding of our specific functional area
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel or be present at conferences
• Negotiation and social problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the products we offer, their functions, and how they work
• Consult with MEMX clients to understand their needs
• Partner with MEMX sales team to demonstrate product functionality to clients
• Provide technical expertise during negotiations and help clients troubleshoot issues
• Work with the MEMX sales team to secure new business and maintain client trust
• Work with MEMX sales and product management teams to assess new opportunities, system enhancements & additions
