Join Confiant, a cybersecurity leader, as a Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth. Partner with the sales team, act as a technical advisor, and design tailored SaaS cybersecurity solutions for advertising publishers, DSPs, and SSPs. Lead discovery calls, deliver technical demos, and spearhead technical trials. Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation and client success. Provide valuable feedback on customer needs and market trends. This role requires 3+ years of presales experience in cybersecurity or AdTech, software platform demonstration experience, and proficiency with CRM platforms. Requirements
- 3+ years in presales role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Consultant) preferably within cybersecurity or AdTech industries
- Experience demonstrating a software platform (Making presentations)
- Understanding of all components of a software sales process
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and modern sales tools
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to provide full deal support (technical discovery, demonstrations, trial/proof of concepts)
- Lead discovery calls and interactions with customers to identify needs and pain points
- Deliver technical demos that align to value propositions and position solutions effectively against competitors
- Spearhead the technical trial process for prospective clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their needs and articulating how our cybersecurity solutions address their specific challenges and goals
- Break down complex topics into easily-digestible takeaways for your audience
- Partner with product and marketing teams to deliver valuable feedback on customer needs and market trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad-serving technologies
- Able to read, understand and debug JavaScript code
- Experience in an ad operations role or other Ad Tech experience
- Experience with DFP or another major ad server
- Familiarity with Header Bidding technologies such as Prebid.js
