Join Deel as a hybrid Sales Engineer | Solutions Architect and play a strategic role in closing new business deals and supporting service scoping for existing customers. Leverage your technical expertise to deliver compelling product demonstrations and drive the value of our solutions. As a Solutions Architect, scope services for existing customers, utilizing your talent acquisition knowledge to enhance customer value. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies. Make a deep, sustainable impact for the APAC region. This role requires collaboration with various teams, strong storytelling abilities, a growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, technological proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of total Sales Engineer experience, working with a SaaS offering
- Bachelor’s degree in a skills-relevant discipline or customer-facing positions supporting SaaS solutions, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
- Make a deep, sustainable impact for our APAC region, both in new logo acquisition and ProServ scoping engagements
- Lead technical discussions with prospects to identify challenges and opportunities for our SaaS offerings
- Develop and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients
- Architect scalable and innovative solutions that address customer pain points and deliver tangible business value
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our products, staying abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies

- Experience supporting SaaS tools in the HR industry, a plus
