Summary

Join Tellent Benelux as a Sales Engineer and become a key driver of the sales team's success. This remote position, based anywhere in the Netherlands with occasional Amsterdam visits, combines technical expertise and sales skills to showcase SaaS products, address customer needs, and close deals. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and contribute to Tellent's growth as a leading talent management suite. The role involves a structured 12-month journey with increasing responsibilities, focusing initially on product and market understanding and progressing to sales support and strategic initiatives. You will help prospects understand the value of SaaS solutions, create sales enablement content, and partner with various teams to improve products and services. Requirements

  • 2+ years of working experience with sales or business consulting
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Customer-centric approach and believes that an excellent customer experience is key for success
  • Communication skills at all levels of the organisation (commercial and technical, internal and external)
  • Confident in a tech environment and comfortable with new software
  • Ability to identify and drive commercial opportunities
  • You are a quick learner and able to process understand new data and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Help prospects understand the value of our SaaS solutions by preparing trial environments, doing demos, and answering (technical) questions and RFPs
  • Create sales enablement content, competitor analysis, and coach our sales team on Tellent solutions and its benefits
  • Identify and lead initiatives to scale the organization and its operations for future growth
  • Partner with Sales, Legal and Finance to align on overall strategy & priorities and provide support for specific prospects, customers and partners
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Services teams to provide feedback to improve products, services and value messaging based on field experiences and feedback
