Summary

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting broadband service providers in a technical / pre-sales capacity
  • DOCSIS and Wi-Fi experience are required, FWA preferred
  • Able to articulate complex technical topics clearly
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Background working with and selling CPE to Service Providers
  • Experience working in distributed organizations spanning Product Management, R&D, Support, Program Management
  • Comfortable in a Lab setting working with testing equipment, interpreting test results, capturing log, etc

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their business and technical needs
  • Manage the elaboration of profitable proposals and supports sales team in winning new business
  • Collaborate with Product Management at identify best product or solution set to address customer problems
  • Support customers in evaluating products and solutions in their labs
