Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Possess 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the AI, software, or technology industry
  • Demonstrate a strong technical background with a solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and software development concepts
  • Exhibit the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Possess excellent presentation skills and confidence in delivering compelling demonstrations
  • Have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers and collaborating effectively across internal teams
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address customer needs and overcome obstacles
  • Be willing to travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical expert on product functionality, performance, and implementation
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure up-to-date knowledge of all products and services
  • Conduct technical demos and provide product training to prospective and current customers
  • Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs, understand technical requirements, and position appropriate solutions
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations and proposals that address specific customer needs
  • Assist in crafting RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, and customer use cases
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing technical support and acting as a point of contact for technical inquiries
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and improve customer experience
  • Work closely with clients to analyze business and technical requirements, tailoring solutions to fit unique client needs
  • Participate in on-site visits and installation support as needed to ensure smooth deployment of products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hold certifications relevant to the industry (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
  • Have experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and familiarity with sales processes
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
