Summary

Broadvoice is seeking a Sales Engineer Manager to support their growth in Mexico. The role involves pre-sales for the Contact Center area, requirement gathering, preparation of responses to RFI’s, RFQ’s, and Public Tenders, technical presentations, and identifying new features for Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate should have a higher qualification in engineering, experience with GoContact or operations in Contact Centers, previous team management experience (preferred), pre-sales experience of voice and Contact Center software solutions, knowledge with windows and operating systems, databases, networks, and VOIP Protocols, fluency in English, availability to travel, and a strong understanding of the Spanish language.

Requirements

• Higher qualification in the area of engineering or similar
• Experience with GoContact or operations in Contact Centers (elimination factor)
• Previous experience in Team Management (elimination factor)
• Contact and knowledge of windows and operating systems
• Knowledge with databases
• Knowledge with networks and VOIP Protocols
• Fluency in English
• Availability to travel
