Requirements

  • 7+ years prior experience as a Sales Engineer, System Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar roles
  • Experience managing or leading Sales Engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience with API and UML
  • Prior experience in similar roles within the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domain - MUST
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Compliance/AML requirements for financial institutions
  • Good technical understanding and control of tools such as Postman and Asana
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment working with global clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Join the Sales and Business Development team on calls with integration prospects
  • Elicit customers' fraud and compliance use cases and pain points
  • Conduct technical training and product demos specific to customer needs
  • Hold scoping discussions with customers to capture all use cases and product needs in detail
  • Work with the design team to build prototypes for new features and user experience workflows
  • Synthesize client feedback and make technical implementation recommendations
  • Support clients' engineering teams
  • Identify areas for improvement; communicate these issues and possible solutions to product teams and management

Preferred: Prior leadership experience in Sales Engineering teams
