Summary

Join Belkins Group, a leading SalesTech and MarTech company, as an Account/Sales Executive to drive global expansion. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, working closely with the Sales Support and BDR teams. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, native-level English proficiency, and experience selling to US and European markets. You will need strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role
  • Have native-like English proficiency (C1-C2)
  • Have experience selling to the US and European markets
  • Have a proven track record of hitting (or smashing) KPIs and revenue goals
  • Be outgoing, great at building rapport, and comfortable engaging with people from all backgrounds
  • Have strong verbal and written skills
  • Have superior time management and attention to detail
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Be self-motivated and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Run demo calls with qualified prospects (both inbound and outbound) and turn interest into action
  • Keep your sales pipeline flowing with fresh opportunities
  • Hit (and smash) monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Keep our CRM updated—because good data = great results
  • Reconnect with past customers and spot cross-sell opportunities
  • Team up with other sales pros to maximize impact
  • Jump on leads from different departments and make things happen
  • Solve customer queries like a pro
  • Scout for potential clients like a detective—research is your best friend
  • Own the lead generation game with follow-ups and cold calls
  • Create meaningful connections that lead to long-term partnerships
