Requirements
- Proven English fluency
- Based in Colombia
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Knowledge of the Colombian payments ecosystem
- 10 years of experience in a sales position
- Experience selling into corporate clients as well as PSPs
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy and pre-sales support
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate our USP to win new business
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads
- Identify customer pain points and formulate targeted commercial offers to address their specific needs
- Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using the CRM tool (Hubspot) to ensure a robust and well-managed sales process
- Maintain, refresh, and expand the sales funnel, working closely with Sales Ops to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to Senior Management
- Collaborate with various functions (e.g., KYC, Legal, Product) to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring a successful transition to production
- Work closely with the Account Manager during onboarding to ensure revenue targets are achieved and customers have an exceptional experience
