Summary

The SEIT will receive hands-on training from Sales Executives, Facility Solutions Managers, and Account Compliance Managers to learn about services, operations, and sales processes. They are responsible for assisting in lead generation, building rapport with clients, and contributing to sales ideas. Essential requirements include a strong desire to pursue a career in sales, excellent communication skills, motivation, a positive attitude, basic understanding of inside/outside sales principles, 1-2 years of prior sales experience, and a high school diploma or related course of study. Preferred qualifications include a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Requirements

• Strong desire to pursue a career within sales and be willing to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of inside/outside sales principles
• 1-2 years of prior sales experience
• High school diploma or related course of study

Responsibilities

• Assist in the lead generation process through various channels of communication (field visits, email outreach, referrals, and personal leads)
• Support the Sales Executives as they navigate the sales process with clients
• Meeting with clients to learn how to build rapport, overcome objections, and deliver exceptional customer service
