Sales Executive

Summary

Join Uplift in placing a Sales Executive (Textile) for a leading international trading company in Dubai! This remote position requires building and maintaining strong client relationships within the textile industry, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies. You will present and sell company products, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of sales experience (preferably in the textile industry within the UAE and KSA), and strong communication skills. Knowledge of the Dubai market and Arabic are considered advantages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably within the textile industry and the UAE and KSA market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications
• Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions, particularly in the textile industry
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base within the textile sector
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in the textile and apparel industries
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities within the textile industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Dubai market and textile industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
