Join our team at Verve Group, a leading advertising technology company, as we expand our presence in Latin America. We're seeking a highly motivated sales professional to acquire new advertisers, grow our portfolio, and educate brands about programmatic advertising technologies.

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in Media Sales, preferably in the branding Ad Tech/Programmatic/Mobile Industry
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills, a relevant network of brand agencies
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business or similar from a top university
  • Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs and/ requirements
  • Exceptionally motivated and organized, looking to strive in a dynamic fast-growing company in all continents
  • Team player with the ability to work independently to build their own sales strategies
  • Established network with direct clients and advertising agencies is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and negotiate deals with new advertisers by building commercial relationships with brand agencies and direct clients
  • Grow our advertiser portfolio in Latin America both strategically and operationally with a primary focus on the Mexican market
  • Educate brands and agencies about programmatic advertising technologies and solutions offered by Verve Group in Latin America and worldwide
  • Build strong sales pipelines for all product lines such as desktop and mobile branding, performance for user acquisition and retargeting, DOOH, and CTV
  • Support event and trade fair preparations and participate in selected events to represent Verve Group locally
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth
  • Work closely with internal teams: Account Managers, Ad Operations, Legal, and Finance to guarantee excellence in the delivery
  • Influence decisions through product and sales analysis
