You will generate new business opportunities, manage sales funnels, collaborate with sales development and customer success teams, and effectively navigate strategic client conversations. The role requires aligning solutions with customer pain points, conducting product demonstrations, communicating value propositions, and developing proposals. Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in selling software solutions or SaaS
- Comfortable with phone/video calls or face-to-face client interactions
- Certification and belief in consultative sales methodologies (Meddic, Force Management, Mastering the Complex Sale, etc.)
- Ability to identify and quantify complex business challenges for clients/prospects
- Proactive and organized
- Results-oriented and able to think quickly
- Aptitude for learning and willingness to improve
- Team player
- Must have fluent communication skills in Spanish and English
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Manage new business opportunities through a sales funnel
- Collaborate with sales development to identify key influencers within target accounts
- Work alongside Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to grow the existing customer portfolio and exceed new business objectives
- Effectively navigate strategic conversations with clients/prospects to identify key business challenges
- Align our solutions with the pain points of potential customers
- Be comfortable conducting product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams or similar technology
- Communicate our value proposition to position us against the status quo and competitors
- Develop proposals focused on addressing the needs of potential client organizations on a scale
- Identify key decision-makers to define timelines and critical events that drive deal closures
- Maintain regular and reliable work attendance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to brands and/or retailers is a plus
