Requirements

• Work in Sydney time Zone - 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally for an Australian-based company
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Responsibilities

• Manage, prioritize, and scope out incoming leads
• Create accurate and compelling quotations and proposals
• Follow up persistently on all deals to ensure progression
• Maintain excellent communication with clients
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks
• Track and report on lead status and sales progress
