Join Pearl Talent as a Sales Full Cycle Recruiter and play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing top sales talent for our clients, top 1% startups in the US and EU. This fully remote, full-time position offers a competitive salary (up to Php 50,000 per month) and flexible hours. You will be responsible for talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and staying updated on sales industry trends. Requirements

• Proven experience in sales recruitment
• Strong understanding of sales industry trends, sales strategies, and the unique challenges of recruiting for fast-paced, high-growth companies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic settings
• Proficiency in Workable and other recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Capcut, etc.), with experience leveraging these platforms to source and attract top-tier talent

Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified sales professionals
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open sales positions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with Sales Team managers and candidates
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand their needs and preferences in sales roles
• Stay up-to-date on sales industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics
