Summary

Join our client's team as a self-motivated Sales and Growth Lead to own the entire growth engine for their CRO and full-service ad agencies. This full-cycle sales role demands crafting outbound campaigns, conducting sales calls, closing deals, and driving scalable growth. You will shape the growth strategy with creativity and agility, executing and improving processes. The position is fully remote with a 9 AM - 5 PM PST schedule. Success involves consistently generating and closing high-quality leads, creating a predictable growth engine, and freeing the founder to focus on strategic initiatives. You will also help create a pipeline of 5–10 warm leads per week.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, including experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Proven experience owning both outbound strategy and live sales calls
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a persuasive communication style
  • Resourceful and scrappy—able to generate leads and close deals independently
  • Creative thinker—understands that cold emails and DMs are just one part of the strategy
  • Experience selling to founders, marketers, or e-commerce brands
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and move fast in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with sales automation tools such as Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (open to suggestions on preferred system)
  • Ability to create, implement, and optimize sales strategies for scalable growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a persuasive and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute outbound campaigns through cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, Twitter, etc
  • Develop inbound marketing strategies, including lead magnets, blog strategy, and video content coordination
  • Use creativity and testing to determine the best outbound and inbound strategies tailored to our market
  • Take the first sales call with leads, confidently articulating our value propositions
  • Pre-qualify leads, pitch our services, and either close deals or pass hot leads to the founder
  • Proactively follow up with leads to move deals forward across the sales funnel
  • Pitch and execute ideas to elevate the founder’s visibility, such as podcast appearances or a content calendar
  • Coordinate and execute initiatives that increase the founder's presence, both online and offline
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Clay, and Zapier to automate tasks such as outreach, follow-ups, and research
  • Share insights on AI and automation to improve our systems and workflows
  • Track all sales activity and performance metrics in your preferred CRM
  • Provide weekly updates to the founder on pipeline progress and key performance indicators (KPIs)
