Join Packt as a Growth Lead and drive product growth and visibility within communities through developer relations (DevRel) marketing and targeted direct marketing initiatives. You will develop and implement AI-native approaches to growth marketing, own and execute product marketing strategies, and actively engage with communities and influencers. Responsibilities include managing Amazon reviews and ratings, securing expert endorsements, executing email marketing campaigns, driving vertical growth revenue, and optimizing website conversion rates. You will report to the Portfolio Director and collaborate with product management and content teams. The role offers significant autonomy to influence the growth trajectory of the vertical. Requirements
- Proven track record (2+ years) in growth or devrel marketing, ideally within tech publishing
- Expertise in influencer outreach and acquisition, Amazon marketing strategies, and community engagement
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing email campaigns and onsite conversion
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly within technical communities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-native approaches to growth marketing, including leveraging AI tools for content creation, audience targeting, and personalization at scale
- Own and execute product marketing strategy including market positioning, go-to-market planning, and product messaging frameworks
- Collaborate with squads to ensure market-driven product development and launch strategies
- Engage actively with communities, forums, and influencers to increase awareness, trust, and credibility of our books and resources
- Initiate and manage campaigns to secure consistent, positive Amazon reviews and ratings from influential professionals and users
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and experts to secure authoritative endorsements
- Execute email marketing campaigns targeted at audiences to drive user engagement and direct sales
- Plan and execute targeted Amazon discount campaigns to boost visibility, traffic, and conversions across key titles
- Analyze campaign performance to identify scalable tactics, optimize conversion strategies, and inform future product and marketing decisions
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize landing pages and product pages specific to maximize visitor conversion rates
