Sales Growth Leader

Summary

The job is for a Sales Leader role in Encoura, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer. The primary responsibilities include growing the higher education client marketing service engagement program, renewing existing contracts, and being the primary sales presenter and closer of all new client leads. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Enrollment Management at a Higher Education Institution or a vendor for the industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enrollment Management at a Higher Education Institution or a vendor for the industry with a proven track record of identifying business opportunities, creating and executing a sales plan, and consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Omni-Channel Marketing (email, print, social media) to successfully build lead generation thru deposit

Responsibilities

• Grow our higher education client marketing service engagement program
• Renew all existing contracts
• Be the primary sales presenter and closer of all new client leads
