Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Leadership role within eCommerce space, retail or a related field
- Experience selling High ticket products Online or via Phone
- Able to work within the EST timezone
- Experience CMS platforms, such as Shopify or WordPress
- Extensive experience with CRM, Sales, marketing, analytical tools
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive sales decisions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong in setting and establishing Goals, KPIs, and new processes
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and nurture leads, track sales activities, and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and prospects
- Leverage data to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement targeted sales strategies
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems
- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
- Continuously develop new Processes, SOPs and Standards to reach highest quality and knowledge sharing
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
