• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
• Competency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
• Adaptability and a willingness to multi-task and take on new responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team including conducting research, focusing on administrative tasks and on-field supports
• Attend meetings and events to observe and learn
• Update sales reports and documents accurately
• Communicate with vendors and clients at the manager’s request
• Conduct research and collate survey data
• Support on-field or event operational duty
• Assist in data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
