Sales Intern

Summary

Join our Internship program as a Sales Professional and learn the fundamental sales skills needed for success. You will master sales skills, build a clientele through phone calling and prospecting, and understand the Success Habits of a Tom James Outside Sales Professional.

Requirements

• Active student graduating by Summer 2025
• Must attend the University in title of posting (due to on-campus requirements)
• Must be able to attend both in-person workshops and Friday live zooms

Responsibilities

• Mastering sales skills to build a clientele through phone calling and prospecting
• Making warm lead calls to existing and new potential clients to schedule sales appointments
• Learning the different growth opportunities for career paths at Tom James
• Generating new leads through our referral process
